I'm nervous about getting a massage during COVID-19 Pandemic. What safe practices are you implementing?
We understand your concerns during this unprecedented time. Your safety and health is our number one priority. Here are the ways we can make your appointment as safe as it can be.
We book longer break times in between appointments to allow for increased time for cleaning.
We ask that guests wait in their car for their appointment instead of the waiting room.
We will come to your car to take your temperature before you enter.
You will go straight from your car and into the treatment room - again, bypassing the waiting room.
Strict mask policy - to be worn by therapist and guests at all times.
Our massage room has a window so that it can be aired out in between guests.
Additionally, we have an air filter in the room running at all times as well as a Himalayan Salt Lamp.
Room is also sprayed with aromatherapy to further help clean air.
As always, we deep clean our treatment room from the massage table, face cradle and any high touch areas. New sheets and towels are always used for each service.

How do I make an appointment?
Clients are accepted to the practice on a case by case basis. First time clients will be require us to speak directly over the phone. Follow up appointments can be made by phone, text or email and we will soon have an online appointment system. New patients will be required to leave a credit card on file with our secure billing system.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash & credit cards - Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept FSA card accounts.
Do I have a pay a gratuity?
Gratuity is not expected and is at your discretion.
Do I need a doctor's prescription?
All prenatal massage clients and medical massage clients require a medical referral from your doctor. Please contact us for more information.
Do you accept health insurance?
At this time we do not participate in any health plans as we are awaiting the approval process. Depending on your insurance plan - medical massage therapy could be covered. This usually requires a prescription from your doctor. Full payment is due at time of visit and we can provide you with a itemized medical bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Feel free to discuss with us during your initial call.
Do you accept flexible medical plan?
Our services are reimbursable to you by most flexible medical plans. Full payment is due at time of visit and an itemized bill will be given to you to submit to your FMP for reimbursement. You will need to have a medical diagnosis and referral from your doctor. If you have a special debit card, we can accept that as well.
I am pregnant and want a prenatal massage - what should I know?
We do NOT perform prenatal massage in the first trimester or for those with a high risk pregnancy. We accept clients from the beginning of 2nd trimester up until delivery. We will do an intake with you to discuss the specific issues you may be having with your pregnancy and make educated decisions based on your current health snapshot.
What if I am running late?
All of our appointments begin exactly on time. To best serve you and other clients - we ask that you arrive to the office (parking lot) a minimum of 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to shut off your phone and decompress before you enter our space. If you are late, you will be given a shortened service for the remainder of your appointment slot. You are still responsible for the full fee.
What if I have to stop the massage to take an important phone call?
If you receive an important phone call or have an issue that needs to be dealt with while on the massage table - the clock is still "running". We cannot extend the massage service time and you are still responsible for full fee.
