FAQ about Watkinson Wellness A
How you are handling services during COVID?
You will be asked to wait in your car when you arrive to minimize your exposure in office waiting room.
No guests will be allowed to wait in the waiting room - please come alone. If you are the parent of minor receiving service - we will have you come into treatment room or find you a place to wait while socially distanced, etc.
You will text us when you arrive.
Your therapist will come outside to take your temperature and give you hand sanitizer before you come inside.
BOTH MASSAGE THERAPIST AND CLIENT WILL WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIMES.
You will bypass the waiting room and go directly into treatment room.
Our treatment room has window for ventilation and we also have a air purifier and salt lamps in our room.
As always - the treatment table and room is completely cleaned and disinfected in between each guest. This means that all linens are changed, all tables and equipment are wiped down with disinfectant, knobs and high touch surfaces all cleaned. Of course your therapist will thoroughly clean and disinfect her hands before your service.
We can offer a low touch point check out with our payment apps.

What if I am running late?
All of our appointments begin exactly on time. To best serve you and other clients - we ask that you arrive to the office (parking lot) a minimum of 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to shut off your phone and decompress before you enter our space. If you are late, you will be given a shortened service for the remainder of your appointment slot. You are still responsible for the full fee.
What if I have to stop the massage to take an important phone call?
If you receive an important phone call or have a home issue that needs to be dealt with while on the massage table - the clock is still "running". We cannot extend the massage service time and you are still responsible for full fee
